Things you should know

Chocolate Martini

For best results when preparing chocolate martinis:
Store cocktail shaker (stainless steel or glass is recommended) and vodka in freezer.
Fill cocktail shaker with fresh, but aged ice. That is, ice over 24 hours old, but not six weeks old.
Pour all ingredients into shaker, replace top, shake.
Always strain into chilled (and garnished, if desired) martini glasses. Martinis should never be served "on the rocks" -- keep the ice in the shaker.
Always hold the martini glass by the stem, not the bowl/tank.
This prevents your body heat from warming the glass and the martini.
